The filter and needle vent is placed in the vial.
The syringe is unscrewed from the filter assembly.
The syringe and needle containing the sterile diluent is pushed through the rubber stopper.
The diluent is injected, the drug dissolved and now the drug solution can be withdrawn without leaking.
