Preparing The Hood Continued
Wipe up and down, from back to front, not going back in over wiped surfaces.
Up and down, toward the front of the hood.
The horizontal counter is wiped in the same manner,
using a clean urethane wipe and IPA.
Start at the back on one side.
Side to side, working toward the front, not going back into the hood.
The last place to be wiped is the front edge.
The wipes are discarded to trash.
Do not touch the trash container.
